What do you hope to get out of joining this meeting group? What would you like to see happen in group meetings?: I'd like to help out rescues that are just starting up. I have been involved with rescue for 30 years and enjoy it very much.
Ok, fess up! How many rescued dogs are yours for keeps? :) What are their names/ages/breeds?: I have many rescue kids. All are Great Danes. I adopted my last one a yr ago. Thor is a senior citizen and full of energy and life. He has personality plus and a clown. I have 3 cats who were left at our ranch with no note attached. 13 horses
What is your biggest rescue challenge?: I do not have my own rescue but I do support (donations, supplies needed etc) many rescues. I am wanting to help new rescues get started. After my first post, I'm also wanting to help adopters and rescues with the help of our lawyer need more info
Does your rescue focus on any one particular breed/area?: I tend to support all different kinds of rescues. 3 dog only rescues 4 cat only rescues, 2 all breed rescues, and 5 horse rescue. I do check out the rescues I support and must be 501 c3 non profit. 3 of our businesses, 20% profits go to rescue
How long have you been doing rescue?: I have been involved with rescues for 30 yrs. I cant think of a better place that 100% of my donation can go to. Rescue volunteers work countless hrs, spend much of their own money and they are paid back with wet noses and kisses. Also transports
