Tommy Irvin was ordered to stop the gassings of animals but, has ignored Judge Tommy Campbells orders. Gassing continues throughout Georgia. Gassing aniamls IS considered cruelty to animals. Only rodents are gassed in laboratories under the animal welfare act.
